سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال – التميز للجلود الطبيعية المميزة

أولاً: الاسترجاع (Refunds & Returns)

نحن في التميز للجلود الطبيعية المميزة  نحرص على رضا عملائنا، لذلك نتيح الاسترجاع فقط في الحالات التالية:

يمكن طلب الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

شروط الاسترجاع:

  • وجود خلل مصنعي أو عيب في المنتج.

  • استلام منتج مختلف عن الطلب.

  • أن يكون المنتج بنفس حالته الأصلية.

  • غير مستخدم.

  • مع التغليف الأصلي وجميع الملحقات.

  • مرفق مع الفاتورة.

لا يمكن الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية:

  • تغيير الرأي أو عدم الرغبة بالمنتج.

  • استخدام المنتج أو تلفه من قبل العميل.

  • بطاقات الهدايا.

ثانياً: الاستبدال (Exchanges)

يمكن طلب الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

شروط الاستبدال:

  • المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية.

  • مع التغليف الأصلي والفاتورة.

  • الاستبدال يكون بنفس القيمة أو أعلى.

رسوم التوصيل:

  • يتحمل العميل رسوم توصيل الاستبدال: 3 دنانير.

لا يشمل الاستبدال:

ثالثاً: المنتجات التالفة أو الخطأ في الطلب

يرجى فحص الطلب عند الاستلام، وفي حال وجود تلف أو خطأ في المنتج، يرجى التواصل معنا فورًا عبر:

وسيتم معالجة المشكلة بأسرع وقت ممكن.

رابعاً: آلية الاسترجاع (Refund Process)

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم إشعارك بحالة الطلب.
في حال الموافقة، يتم إعادة المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع خلال 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل.

خامساً: إلغاء الطلب (Cancellations)

يمكنك إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن فقط، وذلك عبر التواصل معنا من خلال البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy – Altamayuz

Returns

At Altamayuz, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Conditions:

  • Item has a manufacturing defect or damage.

  • Wrong item received.

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.

  • With original packaging and all accessories.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Change of mind.

  • Used or damaged items by the customer.

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personal care products.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Exchange for same value or higher.

Delivery fee:

  • Exchange delivery fee is 3 JOD.

Not eligible:

  • Sale items.

  • Promotional items.

  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately:

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
